Alcohol consumed:
– 5 x bottles of wine, 2 x red and 3 x white
– 14 shots of tequila
– 2 shots of jagermeister
– 4 x double drinks with mixers
Test schedule:
– Time started 6pm
– Time ended 3:30am
– Sleep time 4am
– Awake time 7:30
– Hours slept 3.5
– Water consumed 250ml before sleep
– 7:30am Headache at wake up 7/10
– Consume 250 + 1000ml designer water
– Within 30 minutes headache 2/10
– 8:30am Consume 500ml
– 10am Consume 500ml, headache 0/10
– 2:30pm energy level and overall feeling of vitality 8/10
Amount of Designer Water shown to successfully cure a hangover = 5 x 500mls
