A few things worth knowing.

I’m new. Which pack should I choose?

The R539.00 Starter Pack is the lowest starting cost, with 24 × 500ml, 12 × 1L and 4 × 5L bottles. Choose custom when you know which sizes you want. Buy an amount you can afford and plan your customer conversations before ordering.

Who can help before I buy?

Our team can help you choose a pack and confirm a collection point before you pay. Use the “Help me choose on WhatsApp” link below. If you have already selected a pack, the WhatsApp link in your pack review includes your selection.

What if I need to cancel or return an order?

Read the Designer Water refund policy before paying. Ask the team how it applies to your order, including cancellations and damaged or incorrect stock. No earnings are guaranteed.

Will I be given customers or guaranteed sales?

No. You find your own customers and make the sales. Training and scripts help you get started, but demand and results vary.

Is the potential gross difference my profit?

No. It is the recommended retail case value less your purchase price, assuming all the stock sells at that value. Deduct transport, selling and other costs to work out your actual profit. Your selling prices and results may differ.

Can I mix different sizes?

Yes. Choose 5–100 cases across 330ml, 500ml, 750ml, 1L and 5L. You can mix sizes or choose one size. The minimum is 5 cases in total, not 5 of each size. Ready-made packs have their own fixed contents; the Starter Pack contains 3 cases.

How are ready-made and custom packs priced?

Ready-made packs have fixed bundle prices. For custom packs only, your total case count sets the discount for your starting order: 5–7 cases receive 30% off RRP, 8–9 receive 35%, and 10 or more receive 40%. The discount is calculated from the regular retail case prices, not promotional prices.

What happens when I reorder?

After training, qualifying reorders receive the normal Waterpreneur discount of 40% off RRP. The 30% and 35% tiers apply to your starting pack only. Normal reorder terms apply.

Is my pack delivered?

Your pack is collected free from Midrand Head Office or a participating Master Distributor. Choose your preference before checkout. We will confirm your collection location, stock readiness and collection time before you travel.

What is included besides the water?

Practical online training, your Waterpreneur certificate after completion and ready-to-use WhatsApp sales scripts. There are no monthly programme fees and no recruiting is required.

Should I choose a ready-made pack or build my own?

Choose a ready-made pack for a simple first step from R539.00. Build your own if you want specific sizes or a different mix, with a minimum of 5 cases. Both routes include the same training and sales tools.
