Designer Water Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Designer Water product that you have bought.

If, for whatever reason you aren’t happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

The item must be returned in an unused condition, in its original packaging and with the original invoice, parts and accessories to ensure a full credit.

Note that we do not refund or pay for the shipping cost of returns. Please allow up to 15 business days after receipt of the returned unit for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

All returns to Designer water are at the purchase expense. Water filters. Testing instruments, health products and filtration products are not returnable when used. Bottled water has a zero return policy.

Incorrect or Faulty Product Delivered

If the incorrect product is delivered to you, please retain the product in its original packaging and contact us promptly on 087 550 1231 or [email protected] to rectify the mistake swiftly.

We'll arrange to collect the incorrect or faulty product and deliver to you the product you ordered. Please note, if the product is returned to us and found to be fully functional the courier costs will be for your account.
