Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume within 7 days for the best taste. When sealed and stored correctly, Designer Water has been independently verified to maintain its quality for up to 3 years.
This is completely normal and safe. The white particles are naturally occurring minerals — primarily calcium and magnesium — that can become visible due to temperature changes. This is actually a sign of the water's mineral-rich composition. Shake gently if preferred.
pH strips are designed for liquids with higher Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), typically above 150 ppm. Designer Water is exceptionally pure with TDS levels below 50 ppm. This purity means standard pH strips cannot provide accurate readings.
To test our pH, use a calibrated pH meter — which is the same standard our quality lab uses.
