Your Role

What you'll manage day-to-day.

Warehousing & Logistics

Manage regional stock holding, last-mile coordination to your sub-distributor network, and direct delivery to high-volume accounts in your territory.

Team Recruitment & Training

Recruit Waterpreneurs in your territory, onboard them with Designer Water training, and provide ongoing support. The HQ training programme is provided — you run delivery.

Account Management

Direct relationships with retailers, restaurants, gyms, hotels, offices and event venues in your territory. Bigger margin per case, ongoing reorder cycles.

Quality & Brand Standards

Ensure all sub-distributors operate to brand and SANBWA standards. You're the regional face of Designer Water — quality control runs through your hands.

How is territory assigned?

Territories are defined geographically (typically by city, district, or province) and granted exclusively. We assign territory based on your operational capacity, existing presence, and the demand pattern in your area. Open territories are reviewed first; if your preferred area is taken, we'll discuss adjacent options.

Do I have to recruit Waterpreneurs?

Yes — Master Distributor success is built on a healthy sub-distributor network. You recruit, onboard, train and support Waterpreneurs in your territory using the HQ-supplied training programme. The bigger your network, the higher your monthly volume.

What support does HQ provide?

National marketing, brand management, product supply, certifications maintenance, training materials, sales scripts, and operational playbooks. HQ runs brand demand. You run regional distribution. Clear separation of responsibilities.

Is there a contract or commitment period?

Yes — Master Distributors operate under a formal partnership agreement that defines territory, performance expectations, brand standards, and review cadence. The agreement protects both parties and is reviewed annually. Specific terms are discussed during application.

How long until I'm profitable?

Typical Master Distributors build to full velocity over 12–36 months. Profitability depends on territory, capital deployed, recruitment pace, and operational discipline. This is not a fast-cash opportunity — it's an infrastructure business with compound returns.
