Use the finder to plan a collection, then confirm the details with the location. The map shows published collection-point records, not live stock levels or every individual Waterpreneur.
Collect from a listed point.
Search your suburb, town or address, or choose a province to browse the available collection points. “Use my location” sorts by distance when you allow location access. Distances are straight-line estimates; open directions for the driving route.
Open the location’s name to see its address and contact details. Confirm stock, opening hours and when your order will be ready before travelling. Where individual hours have not been supplied, contact the point rather than assuming Head Office hours apply.
Order water online.
Browse the pH10 and PureSafe range, compare case quantities and choose your water. Checkout shows the available delivery or collection options and the total for your order. A map pin does not establish a courier delivery zone or promise a delivery date.
For collection through checkout, choose the participating point or ask the team to help arrange one. The selected point’s address and contact links appear before payment. Check the water delivery guide if you would prefer delivery.
Become a Waterpreneur.
If you want to sell Designer Water in your community, explore the Waterpreneur programme. The pack pages explain the current prices, quantities, training and collection arrangements. Waterpreneur packs are collected from Head Office or a participating Master Distributor.
A gap on the map does not mean exclusive territory or guaranteed demand. Ask the team about your area and plan around customers you can serve. Pack stock must be stored properly, and sales or income are not guaranteed.
Get help when a location is missing.
If the map cannot find your address, try a nearby town or choose a province. If location permission is declined, text search still works. You can also browse the complete directory below without using a map.
