Why Designer Water stopped offering refills

We chose to focus on water bottled, sealed and batch-coded through our own production process. That gives us a consistent way to identify the product we supply and trace its production batch.

What changes when a bottle is refilled?

A bottle that leaves our production process has a known identity and seal. Once opened and refilled elsewhere, its contents and handling are outside that original process. The label on a reused bottle does not establish who treated the new water or how it was stored.

This explains our own decision. It is not a claim that every refill service is unsafe or that sealed water carries no risk. Different operators use different processes and controls.

What to expect from Designer Water pH10

Our pH10 range follows a 14-stage purification and mineralisation process. The finished product has its own label, seal and batch identification. The quality and certifications page explains the standards behind our production.
